The Patient Account Representative-Follow Up is responsible for the follow-up on the billing process as well as credit balances on government and non-government accounts.
HS diploma or GED is required. Previous hospital patient accounts experience is required (non-government and government payors) 3 yrs. of Medicare billing or collections hospital experience is required. Must have good communications skills both oral and written.
