This individual, under the direction of the Manager, is responsible for Patient/Cafeteria serving lines, cook to order station and catering functions; developing menus, food production specifications and recipes; maintaining the highest food quality standards and sanitation; and fostering positive and professional working relationships in the workplace. Qualifications:
• - Associate Degree or equivalent
• A minimum of five years cooking experience of quantity food production and experience directly related to the duties specified in the healthcare or retail environment is required.
- Culinary certification preferred.
