Summary:
Gwinnett Medical Center is setting a new standard of excellence in Healthcare. Come and join our team and be proud to serve the Northeast Atlanta Community. Under general supervision, performs duties as assigned by the Information Services department.
These duties will be on an as needed basis in coordination with each intern's unique skill set. Duties to include special project requests, technical assistance, support services and other tasks as assigned by the IS Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:
Currently enrolled in an accredited program for Information Technology, Informatics or equivalent program.
Minimum of experience and general understanding with PCs / workstations / peripherals.
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows and other common applications.
Understanding of networking fundamentals.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Adaptable to change in process or required activities.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work independently and within group settings
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Attention to detail.
Ability to quickly research and solve technical problems using the Internet or any other tools provided.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to diagnose problems and develop solutions with limited information from user.
Professional appearance and behavior, including punctuality.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
